Terms ofService.

Last updated31 July 2026

These terms cover use of ytly.com and, where a separate statement of work applies, our commercial engagements. If a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Agreement

By using ytly.com or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

YTLY provides YouTube strategy, channel management & optimization, and YouTube production services. Contact: hello@ytly.in.

The website

Site content is for general information. Case studies, metrics, and examples describe past or illustrative work and are not a guarantee of similar results. We may change or remove site content without notice.

You may not scrape, copy, or misuse the site in a way that harms its operation, reverse-engineer our systems, or use our marks without permission.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a form or email does not create a client relationship. Any engagement starts only when both parties agree in writing (proposal, statement of work, or contract) covering scope, fees, and timelines.

Services

When you engage YTLY, unless otherwise agreed:

  • We perform services with professional care appropriate to YouTube growth work.
  • You provide timely access, brand assets, approvals, and accurate information we need to deliver.
  • Platform outcomes (views, subscribers, revenue) depend on many factors outside our sole control, including YouTube’s systems and your product or brand.
  • Fees, payment schedules, revision rounds, and IP ownership are defined in the project agreement.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and YTLY branding remain our property. Client materials you supply remain yours. Deliverables created under a paid engagement transfer or license as stated in that agreement — typically after full payment.

Third-party platforms

Our work often involves YouTube and related tools. Those platforms have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, demonetisation, or enforcement actions by third parties.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that the site is error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YTLY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the site. For paid services, liability is limited as set out in the governing project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any different venue in a signed project agreement.

Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes to an active paid engagement will be handled under that contract.
